We will respond to your request for an estimate ASAP and we make every
effort to meet your deadlines.
2. A fair price… We do our best to give you an
estimate that is both competitive and includes the costs associated with giving
each job the attention you require. The
price we quote for labor is the price you pay for labor. If a job takes longer
than we expect, we absorb the labor cost.
3. Quality work… We depend on your repeat business
and referrals. Your happiness is
important to us and we make it our goal to address any areas of concern that
you have. We work hard and give
attention to detail. Colossians 3:23 is our motto and the level of performance
that we strive for; “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord
and not for men.”
4. Insurance… Because we want to make sure that we
can protect our customers and workers against accidental property damage or
injury, we carry high levels of liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
Even though this raises the costs associated with doing business, we believe
this protection outweighs the risks of losing business to those who choose not
to carry sufficient levels of insurance.
5. That little extra… Because we want you to be happy, we
will come back and redo any areas that we may have missed or that you think
should be redone, provided you notify us within two weeks of job
completion. We also make an effort to
notify you of any potential problems we notice on your property while doing our
work.
